Delayed and lost baggage

You must let our airport representatives know straight away, if your baggage does not arrive on the same flight as you. You will be given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a unique file reference. Please keep this reference until the case has been closed.

Check baggage status online on World Tracer or use the contact details in the PIR report you received at the airport.

When your baggage is located, you will be contacted to organize delivery.

Replacing essential items.

If you need to buy toiletries and other essential items on your outbound travel, you can claim for these costs within reasonable limits. Keep original receipts. Compensation is granted on the basis of the functional value of the object.

Do you have a travel insurance?

Please explore your travel insurance options first, if your bag is delayed or missing. Our liability is limited by international regulations.
