have reduced mobility
need to use a wheelchair at the airport
need other special assistance

Please let us know at least 48 hours before your flight departs. You can do this when booking your ticket, by contacting us or online via Manage My Booking when your flight is booked. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the service requested.
